An unusual request from a customer who runs a riding school. Please could Abergele Men`s Shed design and build a horse mounting block to allow children or disabled people to get onto a horse? After overcoming one or two problems, this is the final result. Great job and a satisfied customer. (Posted 15/03/24)

This lady, next to our Chairman Doug, requested Abergele Men`s Shed to lay some paving flags laid in readiness for a visit from her disabled grandson. The newly laid flagstones will make it easier for her grandson to get out of his car, get onto his wheelchair and then wheel himself into the house along the newly laid paving. Previously he had to navigate his wheelchair over the gravel, which was almost impossible.
An elderly gentleman requested Abergele Men`s Shed to replace rotten facia boards on his garage. Abergele Men`s Shed were happy to help. 20/02/24
